At OffDay, we stand behind the quality of our mattresses and want you to rest easy. That’s why we offer a 10-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and material flaws.

What’s Covered?

• Sagging or indentations greater than 3.5 cm not caused by improper use.
• Physical flaws in the foam that cause it to crack or split.
• Defects in the mattress cover.

What’s Not Covered?

• Normal wear and tear, including minor sagging from regular use.
• Damage from improper handling, misuse, or an unsuitable bed frame.
• Stains, mold, or odors caused by external factors.
• Personal comfort preferences (firmness, feel, etc.).

How to Claim?

If you believe your mattress has a defect covered by our warranty, contact us at help.offday@gmail.com with your proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will assess your claim and guide you through the next steps.

Warranty Resolution

• If approved, we’ll repair or replace your mattress at no extra cost.
• In some cases, a prorated replacement fee may apply.
• The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
