1. Purchase your new OffDay mattress
2. Contact Venture Mover at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or call
3. Let them know you’re an Offday customer

That’s it—your old mattress will be picked up and responsibly disposed of.

Things to note:

• Available only in selected areas within Klang Valley — contact Venture Mover to confirm coverage
• RM150 fee is charged per mattress, per location
• Subsequent piece of mattress removal is RM 50 per mattress
• Fee includes pick-up, manpower, and disposal
• Book directly with Venture Mover at least 24 hours before your preferred pick-up time
• Payment is made directly to Venture Mover upon service
• This service is available anytime during our ongoing partnership
