That’s why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial to let you experience the comfort of your OffDay mattress in the comfort of your own home rather than just 10 minutes in the showroom. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll arrange a free return and full refund—no hidden fees, no hassle.

 1. Try It for 100 Nights

 • Your trial starts from the day your mattress is delivered.

 • We recommend sleeping on it for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust.

 2. Not Happy? No Problem!

 • You can only return if you're not satisfied after 30 nights, you can request a return anytime before the 100th night.

 • Simply email us at help.offday@gmail.com with your order details.

 3. Hassle-Free Returns

 • We’ll arrange for free pickup at your convenience.

 • The mattress must be in good condition, without major stains, tears, or damage.

 • We work with local charities and recycling partners to ensure returned mattresses are properly handled.

 4. Full Refund

 • Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a full refund via your original payment method.

 • Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after pickup.

Trial & Return Policy Conditions

 • The trial is limited to one return per household.

 • Only applicable to first-time purchases of an Offday mattress.

 • Returns are only accepted in Malaysia.

 • Mattresses used in commercial settings (hotels, Airbnb, etc.) are not eligible.

 • Mattresses must be packed securely using the original plastic, packaging or alike to prevent dirt or damage during transportation. Failure to do so will result in 30% reduction of the full refund.

 • Damaged, stained, or infested mattresses will be rejected for return as it should be in good form to be sent to charity homes.
